Operations
Many sites, one operator
Operate fleets without giving up the keys.
Praecise Furcate adds what production asks for on the first day: rollout in watched waves, device posture, compliance evidence, energy and forecasting, provenance with redaction, governed agents and support. None of it sits between the operator and their machines, and none of it is load-bearing for a trust claim.

Fleet services(7)
What Praecise Furcate adds to the open base.
Production is a fleet, and a fleet needs operating.
Every service reads the same signed readings and writes through the same signed orders as everything else, so operating at scale never becomes a back door.
- 01
Rollout in waves
Changes reach a fleet in waves, each judged against the part still on the old version, and stop on their own when the comparison turns.
- 02
Posture and quarantine
Firmware, certificates, credentials and exposure per device, joined to known exploited vulnerabilities. A device out of policy is quarantined on the bus or, with approval, cut off.
- 03
Leaf and guard fleets
Signed update campaigns with anti-rollback, enrolment of hundreds of leaves, and analytics on devices that changed under a leaf.
- 04
Energy and forecasting
Tariffs, demand charges and emissions per site, forecasts that refuse to run when they are not earning their place, and machines put to sleep when nothing needs them.
- 05
Provenance, redaction and search
Redaction before footage leaves a node, sealed originals, and search across video and audio on hardware the operator owns.
- 06
Governed agents
Agents read the site through MCP and propose actions. Policy rules on them, a person approves with a passkey when required, and the ledger records both.
- 07
Multi-site
Sites stay independent and administrable with the uplink cut, and are operated together when it is up.
02
Where it runs
On your machines, at the edge, or on Praecise Cloud.
The same system wherever it is placed.
Praecise Furcate installs on machines the operator owns, converts machines already in service without a reinstall, or runs on Praecise Cloud and Praecise Metal where an operator would rather not hold the hardware. The operator's keys stay the operator's in every case.
| Option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Your machines | Installer, netboot or in-place conversion on servers and edge machines you own, or on Furcate Node and Hub. |
| Edge sites | Nodes and leaves at buildings, plants and remote sites, operated together. |
| Praecise Cloud and Metal | Workloads and machines operated by Praecise, on hardware Praecise owns. |
