Devices and protocols

Direct · through a leaf

The protocols a site already speaks.

Cameras, microphones, sensors, meters, actuators and controllers attach the way the physics allows: directly to a node when they are on the network, through a Furcate leaf when they are on a serial bus or a low-power radio. Both arrive as the same signed reading with its rung stated.

01

Cameras and audio

Video with provenance, audio with direction.

From the stream to the evidence, with the chain unbroken.

Cameras attach directly or behind a guard. Signed video is verified where the camera produces it and chained into the node's log either way.

Buildings and homes

From the boiler room to the meeting room.

Building systems that never had an identity, given one at the edge of the wire.

Most building networks run BACnet and Modbus with no authentication at all. A node or field bridge becomes their gatekeeper; a room leaf brings Thread, Zigbee and Matter devices in with their own attestation where they carry it.

Industry

PLCs, drives and the buses between them.

The plant floor, without asking the plant floor to change.

Industrial protocols secure the transport when they secure anything. Furcate signs the reading itself, states its rung, and turns a write into an order that passes policy and, where required, a person.

Energy

Generation, storage, charging and the grid's requests.

Every curtailment and every charge, signed and settled.

Energy protocols decide money. Praecise Furcate turns each dispatch into a signed record that a utility, an aggregator or an auditor can check.

Radios

Reach for the places a cable will never go.

If a server cannot reach it, a leaf can.

Low-power and long-range radios attach through leaves that terminate the radio and sign what they hear.

Each adapter is built and released in order, starting with the open ones a home lab needs and the field bridge's metering path. Ask Praecise which adapters a site needs and when they land.
